Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Frankie’s Candy Co does not accept returns due to the nature of our product.

However, if you have an issue with products in your order please contact us at info@frankiescandyco.com Please send any information including photos and a description of your product damage or miss-production. Upon review of this information we will respond with possible options of a replacement or refund. We must be contacted in 48 hours upon receipt of your order to consider any of these options.
