Shipping policy
Frankie's Candy Co ships from Jacksonville Florida. We use UPS, USPS, FedEx and DHL for all shipments and offer various shipping methods, including expedited options. International orders are recommended to use UPS/DHL for insurance and tracking. Frankie's Candy Co can't offer specific timeframe, but orders are expected within one week of placing them sooner if it's priority mail.

Frankie's Candy Co is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are shown as "delivered" by the carrier. We are also not responsible for damages or quality issues during transit.
